Competition - January 2005

an outstanding result.
John C from UK is the clear winner of both competitions. I.E. The most "with deposit" enquiries for 1st to 14th of January and 15th to 28th January. Well done John, a fantastic individual effort.
A late run from Peter H and Robert S, both from South Australia, gave John a contest for the second half of January. Good effort Peter and Robert.
John will receive his $200 prize money with his pre-payments for approved loans. After only 2 months of generating enquiries, John has a potential commission value of over $23,000. A quarter of John's loans stand between status 4 - Application Sent and status 6 - Approved.
John's leads have progressed at an exceptional pace, our average time to settle loans is 4 to 6 months. So, please ensure you fill your pipeline with plenty of leads. The present conversion rate is at 10%.
With many loans now reaching Approved and Settled Finance Club will reward affiliates by moving forward the commission payment schedule by 7 days. Finance Club will issue cheques on Monday January 10, 2005.
